Tray Sealer
Hand Operated Tray Sealing
The HS-300 tray sealer
is designed for sealing flexible lidstock to compatible preformed
plastic trays. The filled tray is placed in the lower carrier plate,
the film is manually pulled over the tray, and the heated platen is
lowered for sealing of the film to the tray. The film is cut off during
the tray sealing action and the plate is lifted. Seal dwell time is
controlled by the operator of the tray sealer. The lower carrier in our tray sealer
can be changed in seconds to permit multiple tray sizes to be used for sealing.
